    I steaked this out to six 2# bone-in ribeyes. All I can say is I think I have spoiled myself beyond repair now...market beef will never compare. Especially the teeny, tiny 1/2 inch thick, $14 per pound pieces of shoe leather they attempt to pass off as "steak". This beef was perfectly marbled and every steak from small to large end of this masterpiece was incomparable!!! (Posted on February 25, 2016)

    I had guests over for this prime rib over the holidays. The guests review were: outstanding, excellent, best they have ever had and all wanted information on where to order. I concur with them 100%. I used to order at the markets a few years back but no more. This just melts in your mouth and you can truly cut it with a fork! This IS THE VERY BEST! Highly recommended... I will be ordering other products they offer as well. This is a company you can trust and they back up what they sell all the way. Customer service is also great. (Posted on December 29, 2015)
