I've enjoyed eating four of the six sausage styles (those without much heat) here, and was very pleased with all of them. They were clearly superior to the super market sausages I had been buying. I purchased the CS&S sausages during a sale, so the price and value was 6 stars for me. (Posted on July 6, 2016)Quality Price Value

Ordered 3 different styles of these and found the Hot smoked sausage had the best flavor profile. The Andouille and Jalapeno Cheese were a bit of a disappointment. They were all on sale, so the price was right and softened the blow a bit. (Posted on May 21, 2016)Quality Price Value
