    First, the customer service is 5 stars. Your gonna pay 20 bucks more for the same scallops elsewhere. Worth every penny.

    Rinse the sand out of the splits, sauté in butter and ? to 125°. You may drool while eating.

    I have ordered these frozen scallops before, this is the first review. These, once thawed, are indistinguishable from fresh. They are excellent used as an ingredient for shish kebabs,grilled, or pan fried with butter and garlic. They are large, plump and delicious!

    Scallops don't get any better than this - big, sweet, succulent, fresh (even if they are frozen). They arrived exactly when I specified when ordering and were solidly frozen. My husband was delighted with his Fathers' Day gift. I made him a batch of scallops in herb butter with fresh herbs from my garden. Too good!

    These scallops are much better than anything I can find frozen, locally, but not as good as the ones I buy direct from Alaska.
