    I ordered this marvelous roast for a small gathering at my home. I have used other purveyors for this cut in the past, but decided to give Certified a try and boy, was I wonderfully satisfied with this purchase (as were all of my guests). Succulent, tender, and very, very flavorful. Maureen was exceedingly helpful and answered each of my (several) questions thoroughly and immediately. I'll be back.. (Posted on February 22, 2016)
